Mid-Year Budget Review Set for July 24 – Deputy Majority Leader

The Deputy Majority Leader, Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, has announced that the Minister of Finance, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, will present the 2025 Mid-Year Budget Review to Parliament on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

The announcement was made during the presentation of the Business Statement in Parliament on Friday, July 11.

According to Mr. Ricketts-Hagan, the mid-year review will offer key updates on the implementation of the 2025 Budget, with a focus on Ghana’s economic and fiscal performance during the first half of the year.

“The mid-year again will happen on the 24th of July,” he stated on the floor of Parliament.

The presentation is expected to provide insights into government revenue and expenditure, adjustments to macroeconomic targets, and potential revisions to key policy measures for the remainder of the year.

More updates will follow as the date approaches.
