Kennedy Agyapong Donates GH₵30,000 for NPP Coordinator’s Surgery in Bia West

Former Assin Central MP and New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential hopeful, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has donated GH₵30,000 to support the surgery of an NPP Electoral Area Coordinator in the Bia West constituency of the Western North Region.

The gesture was made during a meeting with NPP polling station executives and coordinators in Bia West as part of Mr. Agyapong’s ongoing Unity Tour of the region.

Explaining his donation, the flagbearer aspirant said party members must rally behind competent leaders who can create opportunities to improve livelihoods.

“We need to vote for someone who can create jobs and make it possible for party folks to secure employment so that in times of need, like this surgery, we can support our own,” he stated.

Mr. Agyapong formally filed his nomination on August 27, 2025, to contest the party’s presidential primaries scheduled for January 31, 2026. He has positioned himself as the candidate with both the experience and creativity to lead the NPP to victory in the 2028 elections.

Unlike other aspirants who “only speak of ideas,” he told delegates, he has a proven track record of turning ideas into action through job creation and business development.

“I have done it before and will continue to do it. Any human being without a job has no life. Do you want life? Then vote for Kennedy Agyapong,” he declared.

Mr. Agyapong emphasised that his record as a businessman makes him best placed to tackle unemployment and deliver prosperity for Ghanaians.
