Air Côte d’Ivoire to Launch Accra–Paris Flights in October

From October 15, 2025, passengers travelling from Accra to Paris will have a new option as Air Côte d’Ivoire introduces a daily service linking Ghana to France through its Abidjan hub.

The airline will operate nonstop flights between Abidjan and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, with schedules designed to connect seamlessly with its Accra departures at 10:45 a.m., arriving in Abidjan at 12:00 noon.

During the inaugural week, the onward Paris leg will depart at 14:40 hrs before shifting to a regular 15:40 hrs schedule, arriving in Paris at 23:20 hrs, a late-evening slot that facilitates smooth morning connections across Europe.

Air Côte d’Ivoire will deploy its newly delivered Airbus A330-900neo on the route, featuring a four-class cabin that includes business, premium economy, and economy seating.

The aircraft is designed for enhanced passenger comfort while also offering expanded cargo capacity to support same-day freight movement between Paris and Abidjan.

For travellers in Ghana, the new service expands options on the Accra–Paris route, which until now has been dominated by carriers such as KLM, Brussels Airlines, British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, and TAP Portugal.

The addition also strengthens Abidjan’s positioning as a competitive regional hub against established operators at Kotoka International Airport.

Beyond the Paris service, the airline has also announced plans to resume flights to Casablanca and Johannesburg in October 2025, reinforcing its wider strategy to link West Africa more efficiently to both continental and intercontinental destinations.
